With over 18 years of leadership experience across integrated marketing, creative strategy, 360-campaign development and product launches at brand, agency and start-up environments, I offer a unique perspective of the media landscape and how brands, businesses and customers interact.

Throughout my career, I've worn many hats from Entrepreneur to Creative Director to Social Marketing Manager to UX Design Strategist, each role strengthening my ability to think creatively, act strategically, and lead with clarity, vision, and insight.

Currently, I oversee brand strategy and social media marketing for six national entertainment brands, overseeing everything from annual marketing planning to full-funnel 360-campaign development across traditional media, streaming, partnerships and experiential activations. As part of our marketing leadership team, I've contributed to transforming our company culture, championing new workflows and tools, utilizing data to inform strategic decisions, and discovering new partnership opportunities. I've led portfolio-wide rebrands, developed impactful content strategies, and delivered significant gains in brand awareness, audience growth, and engagement.

Previously, I spent over a decade at HBO (Warner Bros. Discovery) leading partner marketing, creative strategy, and social media supporting major revenue-generating platform launches including HBO Max, Max, and HBO GO. During my tenure, I navigated a lot of change while continuing to drive business forward, grew teams, built relationships with agencies, and developed immersive, award-winning consumer and B2B activations for culture-defining entertainment franchises.

While climbing the corporate ladder, I also founded my own business, Marlie Renee Designs, a creative studio that provided brand strategy and design solutions for clients across events, non-profits and small business. I secured industry recognition, with work featured in top, national wedding publications including The Knot, Munaluchi Bride, Style Me Pretty, and Wedding Chicks as well as local media outlets including New Jersey Bride and Hoboken Girl. Additionally, I was interviewed as a subject matter expert for Brides Magazine, Bloomberg, Martha Stewart Weddings, and local podcasts Hoboken Creatives and Live Picture Studios.
